Anyone complaining about “Folklore” doesn’t know what Folklore is.
Folklore is LORE told by the people. The Thorn and Last Word Story is 100% Folklore because it was only told by the people who knew them. There was no proof that what happened actually happened.
The Books Of Sorrow aren’t Folklore. They’re just lore books. Kinda like what you find in The Elder Scrolls Online.

But aren’t the book of sorrows written by oryx ? So it could be considered folk lore to a certain extent. For example if savathun were to have written a history of the hive, would she have a different point of view than her brother ?
