Are the two similar? I didn’t play all the way through the campaigns of the halo games so I’m not up to speed on its lore lol

The flood are an ancient evil that infects other races. You should probably try to differentiate the two.

Well maybe a different name for the race would work. Because the infected are similar to guardians, or at least that was my intent, to make a poison-based anti-guardian. The travelers light is what sustains us, “the infection” is what sustains them. Hope that helps
