I look over at the roster, most are offline and the few that are logged in to Discord are playing other games. I have 3 toons, all in the same clan so farming gear hasn't been too bad, but I'm stuck at 335 power level and have yet to do any raids or nightfalls. I would have left, but I like the clan perks. :) Here is what I think they should do: implement match-making BUT...use data from previous strikes and heroics (even Crucible matches) to help make up a fireteam that will have survivability. We have all had our good days and bad. One day I'm on fire, virtually untouchable and invincible. The next day I can't stay alive to scratch my rear! But the numbers will average out and create a fireteam that will prevail.
