Great comment. Good message. Really got the point across. But, if you do have the time, elaborate a smidge?

Raids require more coordination than a simple strike. And longer time investment. Theres no guarantee the rando you get to join can be heard of even has the time. You could end up getting a chain of quitters and no one wants that.

again, use LFG. Put in your requirements. Mic Required. 5+ clears. Level 330+, etc. You can then look any player up on raid.report to see if they are lying about their clears. I've never had it take more than 10 minutes to build a stellar raid team, even when I was carrying a newbie.

Yes, that's true, but just like strike matchmaking, if someone leaves, they replace them almost instantly.
