Why does getting shot by multiple guns (killing you faster) anger so many players? Should getting hit by more bullets kill you slower than less bullets? It's a team based game mode. Walk into a hail of bullets, expect to die faster.
Teamshot is just an excuse similar to crying for a nerf on any gun that kills you 1v1.

Same reason why people didn't like getting killed by a shotgun or sniper rifle. People don't like to lose.

Guess they just need something to blame.
-
Totally. It's easier to blame something than expect responsibility, work out what you did wrong then take steps to improve your game so it doesn't happen again.

It annoyed me because in D1 I was able to punch and kick and scream my way out of a bad situation, in D2 our strength has been sapped and it takes 3 hits to melee someone. But I am over it now and I just stick with the fastest move on the team so I can support that first engagement instead of being the one that everyone sees ln the radar go complete 180.

It's because it has forced people into a lot of 3 on 1 and 4 on 1 situations. In D1 everyone sort of spread out because assists didn't count towards your KD, so there was more 1 on 1 and 2 on 1 situations to "be a hero." The new scoring system and slowed down game play has taken away a lot of the more maverick game play styles.

Edited by Kanashimi510: 3/10/2018 12:39:01 AMI can see that. Not feeling like you can solo a couple of enemy players as easily as one could in D1. Everything was nerfed so nobody really spreads out. I am not defending the ttk change, I just see a lot of complaining and it gets tiresome. The nerf brigade never stops and I sometimes see the "teamshot killed me" complaining in a similar vein.

Yeah, I agree. We don't need any more nerfs. Though something did have to be done about the autorifle sniping. But thats not really a nerf.
