Bungie wants to be the pioneer of something they can't achieve, so they will continue to do things the way they want. Funny thing is is that the Destiny franchise isn't much more than an expanded Resistance 2 coop. Hell, they were on track with Destiny 1 to make an amazing loot based RPG FPS, but then they created Destiny 2 and ruined it.
They first need to accept that the direction of Destiny 2 isn't working, and then they have to man up and actually fix it. I honestly do not see them pulling this one back, and I really wanted Destiny 2 to succeed. All they had to do was build from Destiny 1, fix anything broken, make a good story, and create some great places to explore. They had the blueprint for something special and then decided to throw it away in favor of a bullshit agenda.

Edited by Crota bin Oryx: 3/2/2018 1:27:14 PMBungie is just lazy and greedy who wants to con players with hype marketing. Every company has a bad patch and they know how to get put of it. Industry big players like Activision must know when morons are running the show. Making AAA games is difficult but having people in Bungie making bad game decisions to hurt the franchise is bad for everyone including Activision. I had no faith in Division couple of years ago when it was released. It was completely unplayable. Now it has changed and better than v1. Destiny v2 is so bad that it makes the Division crap look good. Bungie killed itself and there's no coming back unless they fix things good and fast. Games like MHW, Division, FN, OW, Pubg etc. are going to take back the gamer base and Bungie will just be left as a faded memory.

Well, they will NEVER achieve that, never! And when they finally realize it, if ever, Destiny will be long gone forever and will be remembered as an example of how to completely destroy one of the most promising franchise in game industry.
