If the Vault is what we think it is and what the Vex day it is, then yes, they ALWAYS exist
When they say the Vex want everything broken down to ones and zeroes that means they want everything perfect, organized, logical, and united like it’s all part of one giant computer. It doesn’t mean they’re gonna literally turn themselves into immaterial coding, it’s that they’re going to turn everything into a part of themselves

Edited by Sol, The Architect Mind: 2/28/2018 10:19:21 PMAlso, I'm taking what osiris said awhile back, into affect...he says they (the vex want convergence), but think about it, they have to make sure to create and destroy life in order to always have a purpose, and to always exist. If everything became vex, what would be their next step...their next purpose? Tend to the garden...where a guardian just happens to slip in and destroy it's heart.

Which would mean your guardian could always exist, if the vex gave the option...or was forced into their network. Like kabr, and his coding. Or whatever virus Asher mir placed into their network. Because of kabr we at least know that if: 1) the future is light (saint 14's light being drained or is present), dark (Sun's out, dark aura), and truth (I'll say I don't know, but kabr did say if he spoke to you again it would not be as himself)...then kabr exists, within their code...to come back...which means in some form or fashion he would always exist, as would the vex.

That’s partially right. If the Vex did get their way, you and everyone else would live on forever within their collective memory and simulations. And even if you did die before the Vex got their way you could still find a version of you that survived through the Vault or even simulation engines like the Infinite Forest The problem is that the Vex would make everything conform to them. They would make you think and act like them with no other course than the one they give you Kabr certainly still lives on inside the Vex, even though whatever’s left of him can’t be called more than Vex data right now. Praedyth still lives in some planes of existence within the Vault, but is dead in others. And Asher is being turned into a part of the Vex just like Kabr.

Kabr certainly still lives on inside the Vex //And his future (the future he //predicts) has been confirmed by //osiris even though whatever’s left of him can’t be called more than Vex data right now //data that is all currently true, that the //guardian has seen (future sim, and //the vex networks share this data, and //believe (their realities are base of //quira's belief to worship the worms)) Praedyth still lives in some planes of existence within the Vault, but is dead in others //because he became data plans right //(serious lore question...i mean didn't //he leave gun data)...and the guardian //gets the data. If he became data //through them every time his gun is //recreated, he existed or exists. And Asher is being turned into a part of the Vex just like Kabr. //but even after he lost his arm, he //planted a virus within their network. //Why still do that if you are to //become a vex? Or did he plant a way //that he will always exist within their //network as well.
Praedyth still lives in some planes of existence within the Vault, but is dead in others //because he became data plans right //(serious lore question...i mean didn't //he leave gun data)...and the guardian //gets the data. If he became data //through them every time his gun is //recreated, he existed or exists.
No Praedyth still exists as a Guardian trapped inside that room in realities where he’s alive; he was never made part of the Vex system, he’s just another one of their prisoner experiments. He didn’t leave any data for a gun (the No Time To Explain is something the FWC helped you build), and even if he did that wouldn’t change his situation.
And Asher is being turned into a part of the Vex just like Kabr. //but even after he lost his arm, he //planted a virus within their network. //Why still do that if you are to //become a vex? Or did he plant a way //that he will always exist within their //network as well.
I don’t remember any mention of Asher planting a virus in the Vex. But if he did, it’s because he wants to destroy the Vex; just because he’s becoming part of their system doesn’t mean that he suddenly decided that the Vex weren’t a threat that needed to be destroyed. He will always exist in their network, but the thing is that he doesn’t want the Vex network to live on because he knows it will destroy everything

He did during a side mission but I think they sort of created an antivirus

Man the Io side missions are the only ones I haven’t completed but they’re the ones with the most lore. I need to get back online lol
