That sounds like wireless interference. No game will have code included to do that. My XB1 does it occasionally too.
Have you made sure all firmware updates are completed on both the console and controllers?

Yeah all up to date. Never had an issue before and as soon as I leave fireteam or change game it instantly stops. It takes around 20mins before it starts then when it does it's there to stay till I change game or leave fireteam. Funny thing is it happens more with one in particular person on my friends list. Oh it also happens when controller(s) wired should have mentioned that in OP.
