We don't care so much about how long players have been around or how much experience they have as long as they're fun to play with. As far as activity, it's a mixed bag. We have a lot of veteran players like me who are max power on all their characters and don't really have a reason to play unless someone in the clan needs help with something. We're still usually around, but you may not see is unless you ask for us in our Discord. It's hard to be strict about activity with the game in the state it's in, but we're making the best of it.
