Hey. I am searching for a Clan that has its focus on Trials and Raids. That Raids often and that can help the members maybe get to flawless or 7 wins each weekend.

The best clan for you to look into is SIXTH SUN. They specialize in endgame content like Trials and Raids, but to get in you need to have a K/D ratio of 1.0+, have completed 5 raids, and have access to Discord. They're definitely more serious gamers, but if that's what you're looking for then they're your guys. Good luck!
