Thats the fist lost sector next to devrum kade when you spawn in to the left. Only reason i know this is because I grinded endlessly for the planet exclusive armor and went from lost sectors to collecting chests to public events. Now going to lost sectors is pointless so i would not recommend even having them in your grind and just farm planetary chests and public events. Dam this game is going down the shit hole.
