That's on IO in the Rupture first Lost Sector cave directly across Asher Mir. That cave leads out to the second jump section to the three taken thrall on the middle pillar before going to the next cave to fight the Lost Sector Boss. I'm at work so I can't confirm in game but I'm like 99% that's it.
Edit: Just remembered the LS name Sanctum of Bones!
