I’ll put this plain and simple! Then rant some more!
At some point in your life you will speak to someone like they’re beneath you because off, well, millions off different reasons due to individuality!
Some people work frontline!
Which means getting verbally assaulted and physically assaulted and sometimes on a daily basis!
I worked as a bus driver for 25 years receiving abuse both verbal and physical from young arrogant teens to drunken louts, for 25 years!
Don’t post crap about some pussy behind a desk, can’t handle the stress, get another job!
I loved my job as a bus driver and no matter how many times some nob spoiled my day, there are far many nicer people that made the day enjoyable; interaction with many different faces daily meant never the same conversation twice and the usual suspects that bring you the little trinkets on holidays etc, different scenery every day; four walls! No thanks!
My parting note, self moderation!
Do the job you love and if it becomes tiresome for what ever reason, move on,

Bungie went backwards with their IP not forwards and the written flak is deserved and not for just a sub par AAA game, but for all the other little reasons with XP, pay walls, locked content etc the list is varied and many, that’s the real issue with not liking comments, it’s the reason behind those comment that’s uncomfortable!
Soft lads “should” just not entertain the forums and get on with the job!
Nothing like being punched in the face for the price off a bus ticket! but could see their point that the price off one stop was the same price as going an extra mile, but that’s business, punters are punters and at the end off the day, at least we all payed before getting on board, we just want the ride for the fare!!!

It’s obvious that the problems with the game are real, it’s easy to defend what’s right because the ground will not move but deception is always and always will be build upon weak foundation and the truth will always be the truth!
D2 is half the game Destiny was and starting out with worse problems due to that very reason!

The first half of that article he linked cracked me up, but I couldn't be bothered to read the full thing once i realize it was just a call for a pitty party for those poor poor developers taking textual beatings for the dumb, most likely greedy, things they have done. I mean seriously, those poor babies having to deal with the big bad internet "bullies". So brave of them to check their twitter every day! Don't get me wrong, I'm all for people being civil, but if someone can't handle a textual thrashing over some decision they made that angered a large majority of their customers.. well hey, good riddance, please move over and let in someone that actually has the Emotional intelligence to be able to wade through the verbal crap and pick out the pieces of truth and make adjustments as needed. I guess this is what happens when people live in an echo chamber pumped full of greed laughing gas and are suddenly slapped in the face by reality when they release what ever it is that they thought was so great. I hope those weak willed souls do quit so we can get some fresh faces in the game development world that know how to actually put out some good games that aren't just electronic RNG slot machine skinner boxes. To be fair though, i don't understand the rage with Bungie and the Eververse, the thing is a cosmetic cash shop, that's what we need in mmos ffs. The tiny $20 "expansion" i can fully understand, but the cash shop? Cmon guys, give them a break. Go play some of the other, actual P2W mmos out there, then come back and tell me the eververse is as bad as all these people are making it seem. Again, well stated man, couldn't agree more.

No you missed the point of the article. Did you even read the tweets and elaborate the content some individuals are putting on the net without the fear of beeing punished by an executive instance? Would it be ok now to name you a lazy -blam!- who should burn in hell because you didn’t read the article? I doubt so. It is about a line that was crossed and not all games are created by a huge company. The same tweets are going out to small independent devs also and they are humiliated by them as they are individuals w/o a company behind them. I can assure you that none of the devs did their work with greed and bad attitudes. They tried their best and failed you as human beeings. Wouldn’t it be nicer to have a summarized constructive feedback of what we like so they can create more of that. Knowing what we don’t like is only one side of the medal we also have to express what we like to improve the game.

Knowing what we don’t like is only one side of the medal we also have to express what we like to improve the game.[/quote] True, most of the greedy decisions come from the Publisher, or other sources of funding, but still comes back to the developer for not having a spine to stand up to the $$$$ and say "NO YOU AREN'T RUINING OUR GAME". Sure, that's easy for me to say without being in the experience, but if they would just man up and woman up to their corporate over lords, everyone would profit more *and* the player base would be over all more happy. Sure constructive criticism where everyone is civil would be preferred, but that's not how the real world works man. This is why if we as an individuals who choose to put ourselves out in the public space better have some tough skin and be able to see between the lines and find a way to fix the underlying issues that are upsetting people so much. Most of the issues aren't anything new either, if they want people to stop giving them crap, they should stop doing stupid things that cause the people to be upset. While you can't make everyone happy, there's some things that should be obvious no nos with gaming.. It doesn't help that schools are overly pampering people with their "safe spaces" and all the other crap that's softening the youth. Idk man, it is what it is. People shouldn't make death threats, or -blam!- threats, or actually take it into the real world, this is something completely different than calling someone a f___ing idiot on twitter, and they should report that to authorities, but if they're upset simply because of empty words? Give me a break.

I also agree with you on Eververse, but, the bright engrams could also do with guaranteed drops like over world armour, weapons and purple mods in them too! They are just lacklustre atm and most only contain 30-100 bright dust after you break down the duplicates! Which goes back to Eververse!

I don‘t defend the game itself, there are plenty of features that are missing and beein stuck at 334 for 4 weeks feels more like a glitch than just bad RNG. I just want that some ppl reflect on their own behavior and that we go back from the current normal - it can‘t be in our interest that we all get more and more hateful to each other. And yes this is just a game, but it is also just a game.

Very hard to do online as black and white reads black and white, without your empathy and being able to fully get your point across due to many different minds out there, it’s one off those posts that spark more fury! It’s like cheating on your other half and telling them to calm down when they find out, it’s kinda actually ok for them to be mad, shout scream and cuss because we -blam!-ed up, Bungie -blam!-ed up! Sorry dude but that’s one way to explain it and I cannot abide cheats either or liars and Bungie pretty much hits all 3 over the past few years, it’s sad!
