It also doesn't help that it has become exponentially easier for the common person to spew slurs and vitriol at developers. A person can literally reach into their pocket and immediately have an angry comment flying into a social-media feed. Really, just be polite. That's it.

  • Your saying we should all be polite! Please show us how we ask nicely or promote awareness through being nice! Just post an an example; how you would verse your discourse with Bungie, in an attempt to be heard! Before you reply anything in regards to anything other than..... Just post your thoughts on what you deem wrong with the game after playing Destiny for three years then seeing everything that Destiny 2 offers! I can’t wait for this, hold on Bungie you have had it now, this dudes gonna blow your mind with flowers and ponies!

  • Point form: * Express topic (Crucible playlists, weapon balancing, movement speeds, so on and so on) * Express interest in topic ( Varied options in game-modes allows players to experience the game in the ways they most enjoy, therefor maximizing player enjoyment. ) * Express conflicting issue with topic ( Crucible playlist removes this ability and results in the average users time being spent often in game-modes that don't provide the best enjoyment. ) * Express interest in solving ( Introducing a whitelist/blacklist filter option for Crucible would allow players to actively opt-out of matchmaking games that feature game-modes they don't enjoy whilst also not splitting the player-base into separate pools. The end. In one average-sized block of text I was able to pick a topic clearly, express why I feel it is important to the popular user base, provide an issue I believe is affecting the topic negatively then finally showcase a brainstormed solution to it that I felt would solve the issue without causing the most damage elsewhere. Clean, polite and objective. I express my interest, show I want it to get better and leave it at that.

  • It's not a race where the strongest wins. Such situations should be a WIN-WIN situation for both of us. Critic leads mostly to nothing than anger. Your opposite is angered and hurt by your critic and surly not open to any good input you will provide. If you want someone to change his mind or act differently, tell them what you like about them and they will follow.
