"You have no right in demanding something after buying a product"
So after I buy a burger at a McDonald's or Burger King, and I find that there is no meat, lettuce or tomato in my burger, I therefore have no right to demand a refund, LET ALONE, voice my distaste for not getting what was promised to me?!...

The end game is far from intellectual!
-
Edited by ChiefDevilEggs: 1/16/2018 8:34:26 AMYou are right. All we can do is hope that the developer shows that they respect the wishes and opinions of their customer base. Something that Bungie has shown that they clearly have no interest for. And in this day in age intellectual property is simply a model for how much money they can squeeze out of their customers instead of presenting them with a product that adheres to the hopes and wishes of their consumer base. Bungie has shown thus far that they are simply interested in maximizing their profit and less so than adhering to the wishes of the community that enjoys their products.

Edited by nfq_play: 1/16/2018 7:50:32 AMAre you going back at the counter and call the person in front of you names or are you explaining what is wrong with your order? And as far as I can see no feature is missing from the game that was advertised. Features of Destiny 1 are not part of Destiny 2 - that was the meat of your first burger. And your hidden away insult shows one more time that the article I posted is correct. Explain to me why am I a Fool? You comprehend a software product to food ...

Edited by ChiefDevilEggs: 1/16/2018 7:52:08 AMThen why are they bringing back old weapons from D1 instead of bringing us new and IMPROVED weapons which this game desperately needs?
Although I AM excited for Telesto's return...
Edit: and don't assume, that I'm gonna just go up to the counter and call the employee's "names". Do not assume I am a child. I am not.

I can see from the wording that your edit has a parental attitude and not the one off an adult which usually means a finger point when spoken! Psychology 101 it’s funny how you say you wouldn’t name call, but I bet you stand over people when putting your point across!
-
Edited by ChiefDevilEggs: 1/16/2018 10:00:51 AMYes it has a parental attitude. You know why? Because I am a -blam!-ing parent. And it's very easy to make assumptions. The fact that you think I "stand over people" when voicing my opinion is very misguided. This is an online forum filled with thousands of different people who don't know each other. You should not assume how a person acts towards other people In real life compared to how other people act towards one another in an online forum. And one more thing. *off There, fixed it for you.
-
I asked you a question and did not assume anything. I think weapons and armor are easier to bring in and the most of them have their actual use or fit in into the story. E.g. Saint-14 helmet, the perk is more or less useless with the current super ability but it fits into the story.
-
Exactly, helm of Saint 14 is nearly useless given the current state of sentinel titans compared to the other classes. And again, couldn't they have created a NEW exotic based on Saint 14? (maybe a chest piece or greaves or gauntlets). No. Instead they just keep recycling old content as if they have the inability to come up with refreshing new content for their customers.
-
Look at the shotgun on my titan. It is the one of Saint-14 and it is a new weapon. Exotics are not that op in Destiny 2 than they were in D1 but each has its unique perk. Legendarys can be as powerful as exotics. In my opinion some exotics are just for pure enjoyment like the Tractor Cannon and that is totally fine because it is a game and should have silly elements that have no use besides bringing in some crazy enjoyable moments.
-
Edited by ChiefDevilEggs: 1/16/2018 8:14:54 AM"Legendaries can be as powerful as exotics" They shouldn't be. That is the point of exotics.
-
Edited by nfq_play: 1/16/2018 8:34:15 AMSame power by stats not perks and as I said exotics have special perks that alter some behaviors and that makes them more powerful than the purple ones. The Synthoceps are marvelous in the new raid lair if you play as defender. Equip them and you feel like Rocky in the ring punching away all ads. Edit: Some perks are just not that obvious and need some experimenting. The ACDC (u know which I mean) are for example great in punch outs during pvp. You can be sure that you win because of their damage output to your opponent. HardLight is the best AR for crowd control and blasting away those shields. Even the Lion Grenade Launcher seems to be great in the right hands (experienced this yesterday in trails)

I'll agree with you there. One of the few things I love about D2 is the changes they made to Hardlight. Loved it in D1, love it more even now :)
