Where in the DLC does it states this as I find no mention in the trailer or the Buy Expansions page of features stating it opens level 21-25/30 ? what am I missing? thanks

It doesn't. What a waste of time! I will not run out and pay 60 bucks for this just cuz im stuck at level 20. They should tell us this crap befor we download.

Not sure it does, I know from experience, Base game max level is/was 20, CoO it is 25 and warmind it is 30.
