I keep coming back to the forum to check on updates and fixes, but was this one really needed? Everyone think the loot is sub-par so token gain just end up being non-important. Did they do this now for future updated faction rallies or did they do this so that they don't end up being so lopsided? I'm confused on where Bungie's priority is and have little faith for Destiny's future..... Also forgot: #monsterhunterworld lol

2 RepliesI don’t mean to keep pissing on the fire but the main issue with the game is it’s engine. You gave us a deteriorated and tired engine bungie. I think I speak for the community on this 1 issue. Once you announced Destiny 2, first thing I and many many others thought was “ new engine, new RNG system, 60FPS, the Destiny we where promised in 2013. Finally the game will be optimized around PS4 specs rather than PS3 “ But no. What we get is D1 reskinned and reworked. With much laziness spread all over it like the cinnamon butter at Texas road house on the bon bon breads. This has to stop guys. For real. Your careers are on the line here. We have been patient and complacent. Start giving us results and give it to us [b][i][u]NOW.[/u][/i][/b] not in 7 months. I mean, I’m not the one that will have to look for another job here. And talking to you Luke.. yes you, You better get your arse in gear man. Give all the smart remarks you want. I’m not the one who will be out of a job over pure stupidity and negligence. If D2 would have started with a brand new engine, 60FPS@ 1080P brand new weapons that EACH felt different and most sounded different, RNG system fixed, 4 man fire teams, 8 man raid teams, weekly missions added, loot caves, loot specific bosses and events, dedicated servers, and so much more. We would have been happy. But nope. Y’all dumbasses decided to re use D1’s, PS3 spec orientated engine lol 😂 Man. You guys are seriously hardheaded.

Now, if Bungie added a raid Other events like POE or something like it A lot More events on the planets instead of the boring public events and lost sectors that a 5 your old can complete Actual quest and bounties like ROI has etc... I could believe they are trying to improve this game if they made that effort. But No, they are adding things that everyone had already and (you are saying thank you) for reselling back to me what was already in the game and it's the small petty stuff at that.

PvP is extremely frustrating. The matchmaking constantly puts you against 4-man teams while playing solo, nearly every lobby has WiFi-warriors (or just players on poor connections) who sponge my bullets, or players from other continents that results in massive delays in hit registration etc... Yes the PvP can be boring and full of team shotting passive players, i can deal with that but the constant lag issues make the game unplayable. I have to leave 9/10 lobbies if i want to play a game where i’m not facing a 4-stack and/or lagging players. Fixing the matchmaking and improving the netcode should be a top priority, but instead you are going to spend resources on some emotewheel.....

I would even be willing to pay $20 buck more for the ADD-IN, 40-400 light clap would be the great place to start the first expansion for D2! MAKE THIS HAPPEN AND WE WILL FORGIVE YOU FOR NOT TRANSFERRING OUR WEAPONS THAT STILL WOULD BE AVAILABLE AT THE IRON TOWER! I love the "scale is tipped to much towards everworse" line, yes because you designed it this way, this was just a way to see how far you could take things. And then you go "oh tess actualy seems to have alot of stuff in her inventory" what?! Did you guys keep adding stuff into her store and forget about the previous things you added? At the current rate I think Destiny 2 has already met it's end. I would save all the "hardwork" that's gone in , and going into the game and just give up. It's over. You have ruined an absolutely amazing game and have turned it into some SHITHOLE game. Why do we always get destiny games from SHITHOLE developers. 😂

If you weren't as lazy as you are, D2 should've been a great successor. You've gotten lazy because most of the minority that play D2 are just happy with and don't care about anything and will accept whatever happens like some misguided optimist. There's also another reason: the other side, the majority of players who choose to stay and see what happens want to be heard. But nobody's gonna listen if they shout like a deranged maniac and point fingers. There seriously needs to be a clear outline of the what needs to happen, in a respectable coherent manner. Even a live stream sit-down with the live team that gets players to come up and ask questions that are of real importance to everyone. None of that "we can't say or promise anything" or "we hear you" crap. Over the last few years, Bungie's promises have gradual meant nothing to anybody. We want full disclosure. [b][i]Nothing left out.[/i][/b] The [i]full[/i] truth in moving forward. That's what has to happen if D2 ever wants to pick itself up from the pig stie and walk on its own two feet.

7 RepliesAs tripleWreck and others have said these changes are welcome but don't address the systemic problems Destiny 2 currently has. Your problems are loot and shooting. Loot is not fun and the ways to earn loot through tokens is boring and not fun. The shooting is not fun because you implemented a two Primary weapon system. The characters builds are not fun because you reduced the skill tree and gap. This development update doesn't address the loot or shooting. Masterworks are neat but boring; mods are interesting idea but boring.
