It doesn’t look like you ever got an answer, but yes, it’s Trump endorsed. It’s his administration’s response to the opioid epidemic. I think it’s the only response, but it’s their response.

I thought this was one of them given the similarity of slogans, but I can’t find any link as of yet. I’ve actually not seen any real reaction by his administration, so it’s possible they paid companies like this, but it’s not official by any means. My mistake.
