Not that I'm doubting you, but do you have a link to where Bungie stated this? If that is the case, then technically we haven't completed all the adventures considering that there is still more to be added with the next DLC (expansion #2) When folks over on reddit, or destinypedia or destinygamewiki haven't found the source then I seriously doubt that any one has obtained this emblem.

No, I have done all of them on all three characters and occasionally run them from time to time again and I still don’t have it.
