There are no actual servers in the game Guardian. So that means if you are encountering this error, it means that your network and/or ISP are not maintaining a stable connection to Destiny 2 period. That means that there is either a problem in your home network or on your ISP's end (as there are no outages currently and I was able to log on to play on all three platforms).
The first thing I would do is power cycle all of your equipment. So unplug your console, your router, and your modem and LEAVE THEM UNPLUGGED for >3 minutes. Then plug them in sequentially allowing the modem and router time to sync up. That usually resolves this issue for most people as it is caused by corrupt cache either on the console's network chipset or in the router/modem combo. If that does not solve it, then there might be issues with your ISP in your area (especially if you are in the east coast where ISP outages right now are rampant).

Edited by Crazylegs: 1/6/2018 5:56:52 AMI'm able to log into every other game on my pc being said i own over 100games. I port fowarded all available ports. I even made my ip address static. still can't connect to servers. Destiny may not have a dedicated server but they still connect to servers. power cycled all my equipment. still can't connect. called isp they say no issues on their end either. My connection is a steady 165+mbs down and 24+ up with a 10-15ms. Still won't connect. deleted and redownloaded and even ran blizzards app repair. still can't connect. error:destiny 2 servers are not available.

Getting the same issues. And seeing as Destiny2 is the only thing suffering from connections issues.
