Well this isnt really a cute game or a horror game but some areas in fallout 4 creeped me out. The mine with the flashbacks, the saw easter egg area that i randomly stumbled apon and lastly that manor with those creepy paintings where you get that knife from.

If you go into the pit at the end of those mines (Dunwich Borers I think) you'll find a cave with a knife in it and two mini nukes
