Is it possible that these Vex radiolaria are related to the Earth radiolaria and other forms of protozoans?

Not related to Earth radiolaria, but they fall under the class of radiolaria (pools of microscopic organisms basically) so we can assume are very similar to those on Earth

Yep; here I’ll clarify my answer. Vex radiolaria are almost identical to Earth radiolaria (that’s why we can classify them as radiolaria in the first place), but they have no known relation because they are most definitely from some other world
