Unlike you, who has two years here, I’m a year one player. I have more experience than you and very much enjoyed the game and stood up for Bungie, for the most part, until D2. It actually very much is illegal to allow minors to gamble, particularly across state lines. And there is no reasonable argument regarding loot boxes not being predatory. They absolutely are, particularly when paired with all the tricks bungie’s pulled, like throttling XP, to trick the weak into wasting their money on a pull of the slot machine.

What kind of idiot parent would allow a kid to have free access to a money account?? It is not gambling. It is not predatory. It is not illegal. Minors can only spend money online if given permission from parents. Bungie is not responsible for the irresponsibility of some of their customers.

Like I said supposed to be regulated by the parents. You need credit cards or a bank account to buy anything online. If any parent is stupid enough to give unrestricted access to minors that's their own fault and that's what should be illegal.

A credit card is absolutely not necessary. What about gift cards and point cards bought at game stores? Can a minor not purchase such items as an individual and then use said items to gamble in this game? Games that provide access to real money gambling should be rated M at minimum or straight up banned at maximum.
