He sure has forgotten that we're Iron Lords, though, or that we stopped SIVA. Or that Efrideet still exists, since he is proclaimed as the "last Iron Lord".
Maybe he's just senile, after being hundreds of years old. Maybe Guardians aren't as immortal as we think. It would also explain why Osiris looks decidedly grandfatherly...

Byf did a video recently with lore showing Efrideet went back to her pacifist ways away from the city, so she would not be an Iron Lord/Lady any longer.
