What have you completed? Im really sure - that you missed one reset and you have to wait for the next reset. You can´t finish all prophecy in one week.
To be sure, go to the left in the tower and look at the wall. when you have all signs - then you are finish.

That does seem to be it. There appears to be a hard limit to how many verses you can do in a week, and I passed it. It means waiting until next week, but I'm happy that at least I can get the shell at some point. Thanks!
