1. They want and had been through the raid
2. Noobs don’t like playing with other noobs/scrubs(look at trials carries for example)
3. I agree, if you HAVE actually completed the raid then you should know what to do and do it efficiently. But if they are new or don’t really understand it then they have to ask one people in the group about it

I was the newbie, the only one for that matter. It was a team of 5 friends looking for a 6th. I asked, got shit done as told by one of them. That's how we finished the raid in 30 minutes. I'm not exaggerating either. If you don't count the time they had to explain the encounters to me, and running to the next stage, it was give or take 30-45 minutes. Excluding wipes, it was 30 minutes tops. The Leviathan raid was easy. But then I joined up with a group for a fresh run of the raid lair. Got to Argos, phase 2, continued to run into more and more issues, then turned into a shitstorm of arguing and complaining. Left that group to join another, this time it was more complaining and arguing. Someone wasn't doing the DPS, his party leader friend wouldn't kick him out after I called him out, so then I left.
