Bungie definitely put the xp scaler in D2. It's still stupid for people to be mad over it.

They didn't lie about the xp scaler. The only thing they ever said about it was that it wasn't working correctly.

One would think they play test stuff , double and triple check everything. Guess that would be to smart a thing to do.

Maybe the problem didn't exist in their test build. There's too many variables to just assume they didn't test it.

They are not stupid. Highly doubt the problem just magically appeared. Then again almost anything is possible. However after it was changed, halving all the xp was a bs move.
