I am having the same problem. I can't see perks or mods when I try to infuse. Just showing the weapon or armor. My other characters are working. How to fix??

I noticed it only happens when you are carrying a tablet quest for the new weapons associated with the osaris dlc if you get rid of it or complete it the character goes back to normal
