Bungie controls RNG?
Really!
They've been controlling RNG from Day one.
Funny thing though is, players, [i]including me[/i], are complaining about RNG, and requesting Bungie to control it, and [i]limit[/i] duplicates.
I suspect they are [i]creating[/i] duplicates for some reason. Maybe to convince us to [i]buy[/i] the missing parts?

This is what their "Smart RNG" actually is, it's a system that sees what you don't have so that it can give you what you already have. Duplicates are blatantly intentional otherwise it'd be easy to obtain most of the exotics.
