I'm having the same problem, I've restarted, changed passwords, restarted router, nothing is working

It's to do with bungies end not yours so you don't need to change your passwords , bungie servers are rubbish

I can't sign in either and cannot figure out what's going on. Tried everything.

I’m having the same issue too! Got error code newt then now I can’t sign into any character to save my life. Wtf is going on Bungie? Fix your crap.
