POWER: EXOTIC ARC SWORDS
Name: Broken honor
Description: "Honor is gone. The only thing left is survival." Variks
Exotic perk one: (Duel blades) Quickly swing duel shock blades. Hit (shoot) to do a staggering power swing. Hitting staggered enemies won't use ammo.
Exotic perk two: (Shock Parry) Instead of blocking, you do a parry that deflects melee attacks and doesn't use ammo. A successful parry will stager enemies.

I think your taking about the Stormlight Archive, and yes, I have read it. Oathbringer, the new one, is the best book I've ever read. Have you read it yet?
