Dude quit asking for buffs. Theres tons of weapons that can beat the better devils. Ever heard of a scout or pulse rifle shooting out of the range of the hand cannons? Dude quit whining and just hone your skills. Not hard to better any weapon with another.

Yup. Like any Hand Cannon, it's best at the close-medium range of combat. I'm gonna bring up Sunshot, because it also kills in 4 headshots but has a faster RoF than Better Devils. Besides, stuff like Nameless Midnight, Tone Patrol, and other Scout Rifles and even Pulse Rifles can beat it in the Range game. For me, at least, Better Devils is honestly a solid Hand Cannon. I don't see why it needs to be changed, if at all. It's got a well-defined area of combat that should be taken advantage of.

The question is not about other weapons that can beat BD, but about hand cannons. In practice DB is the best one according to my experience. And it is really too good.

too good at what? FWC hand cannon is better in several ways including impact. and why even use better devils when auto rifles dominate it??? so by your definition you want to nerf BD to make it suck like many other HCs? thats idiotic

Why make one hand cannon that stands out worse? They just need to make newer hand cannons that rival it.
