Some feedback on your suggestions:
1) Having both Icarus Dash and Phoenix Dive on the same attunement is too much, especially if you're buffing Icarus Dash. Move (keep?) Phoenix Dive on the other attunement. The buffs you made to Daybreak should make up for the lack of the dive attack.
2) Daybreak projectiles should launch the stream of fire on impact as a default behavior, not as a talent. This is important because the Attunement of Song should be able to choose between Radiance and Daybreak the way the Sentinel chooses between Ward of Dawn and the Shield.
3) Another comparison to the Sentinel: the perk that allows the Sentinel to use Ward of Dawn provides Armor of Light, the "default" modifier for the Ward, intrinsically. Since Song of Flame was the first modifier for Radiance, that same logic should apply, so only one talent is needed. That makes room for Phoenix Dive to remain.
4) Neither Radiance nor Embrace the Sun should affect class abilities, only the Melee and Grenade. There are a couple of potential synergies that could be problematic otherwise.
5) Brimstone shouldn't create orbs of light. All talents that could do so without super usage have been removed from the game. Besides, it sounds pretty good already without that element.

Edited by SquattingTurtle: 11/29/2017 11:16:58 PMthanks for your input! Yea i was worried about the synergies, that's why i added some notes there that it shouldn't affect other rifts. I think it would be alright for hunter dodge, though now that you mention it maybe it would be too strong for titan barricades? I totally get your other thoughts.

The Titan's Crest of Alpha Lupi exotic causes the barricade to emit a healing pulse when erected. Imagine two Titans alternating barricades every few seconds that cause instant health gains. And that just gave an idea for an exotic to accompany your Attunement of Song. Flight of Caladrius (Exotic leg armor) Perk: Wings of Mercy - Your Phoenix Dive restores the health of nearby allies as well as your own.
