if they make it limited to pve than it wouldn't be or they could do something similar to fortnite where they add an option in the settings that will allow you to connect with players on other platforms but you could just turn it off if you weren't playing with any friends on pc

not really i played destiny 2 on PC with controller it didnt feel that hard most of us console players play on high sensitivity anyways
