Some people in clans are always going to be fickle. Try to find a core group of 6 or 7 loyal people that enjoy playing together. That's what I did during D1. My clan usually had about 40, many of them were transient and turnover was common with a cycle of players joining and leaving. But we just used those sort of players to fill in when one of our "core players" was unavailable. Good luck.
