4v4 is better than 6v6. Though, 6v6 as D2's answer to a BTB style setting would be completely fine. Why they took out Rift and Rumble baffles me, and why don't we have Capture the Flag, or an Oddball style gametype after 3 years? They could use the settings for Rift for both, with some minor tweaks. Private matches are coming 'early 2018' but why we didn't have them at launch doesn't make sense. Still waiting for actual ranked/unranked Crucible too, like wtf.

Forcing everyone into 4v4 where 3v3 and 6v6 mode *choice* existed is a step back. Maps just feel so empty...

Edited by Niiv: 11/21/2017 7:59:19 AMI understand why they have the Crucible playlists set up the way they do currently. Its to prevent certain gametypes from having low/empty lobbies, so the small handful of people who would be play, say, Supremacy, actually have a fair chance of playing Supremacy without waiting 10 minutes to potentially not find a match. I do wish there was some sort of voting system in place, similar to Halo 3 for example. The maps don't feel empty to me, they're scaled to accommodate 4v4 after all. Though, some are large enough that it seems like 6v6 might have been a thing on their mind at some point and decided to change it. Who knows.
