I never understand how people can like warframe. It looks like complete shit. The art style makes me wanna vomit.
The frames look dumb.
the enemies look stupid as all hell.
And the 3rd person camera is just trash.
Destiny may be missing a lot right now but atleast it's nice to look at, unlike the dumpster fire that is warframe.

I used to think that exact same thing. Then i tried it, and now i cant understand how anyone who loves loot shooters wouldnt like warframe!. If youve never played it, give it a try bro. Its free, it plays great, and you have nothing to lose just by giving it an hour of your time. I actually had a lot of the same preconceptions beforehand. But having started playing a month ago, i can hand on my heart honestly admit i was so wrong about this game. It used to look very dated graphics wise, but the game im playing is looking quite polished since i last looked at it 3 yrs ago, and im not even shitting you, theres some quests in this game where the art style and design and cinematics will wow you. They are AAA game standard. I kid you not. All the best quests and things to do are in late game. Its a game that rewards and respects your time, even if you dont fund any microtransactins. And the world feels so alive, everything so customisable, so deep. Always people to play with for everything. Its been one of the best and most memorable months ive had in gaming. If 3rd person looters arent your thing, or you are completely trned off by the style, i totally get that. But honestly, if like me you looked at it years ago, thought 'meh' and moved on, then you really should give it a second look, as theres a hell of a game here, and its getting better and better. Also they just dropped a huge free expansion yesterday that is full open world, and amazing. If youre on ps4, id be happy to welcome you into our dojo, and help show you the ropes, and gear up etc

If you don't like it that's fine, but it looks FAR from trash. You've just been spoiled by AAA games with 50 million+ budgets. For an Indie game Warframe looks pretty good. The Grineer enemies are mutated clones who are supposed to look awful. Also Frames look awesome, FashionFrame is beautiful and it's not just reskins like Destiny armour, plus real customization.

Digital Extremes was purchased by its parent company for 79 million in 2014. They have not been an Indy in a long time.

I don't care if it's indie or AAA, if it looks like shit I'm not gonna play it. Warframe looks like a dumpster fire. I can't play something that is visual unappealing.

I played the game. I wanted to see what all the hype was about. I then almost lit my PC on fire with how trash it was.

Right? I recently got done with the second dream and the war within, and the art style and cinematics are as good if not better than most tripl A sci fi games ive played. And some of the tileset design is just beautiful
