The AA needs to just be fixed. It's really bad compare to other games.
It should be able to distinguish snapping you your target vs snapping to what ever happens to pass in front of you and is closest.
Disabling AA wouldn't make this any better really.

Why? What about disabled players? What about personal preference? Why can't you admit that it's simply being ignorant and selfish.

Most games you can disable the AA I always do I use my fingering skills to do the aiming, but mainly just helps with picking targets so you don’t just pepper every enemy you see cause the game won’t let you stay on your first target
