I'm on here a lot, and this is the first time I've seen this complaint.
Realistically of its not an issue affecting many players it's impossible for them to make it a priority.
That's assuming they've even seen it yet.

I already said I know this affects a small amount of people. I already said I don’t care if it is fixed. Obviously I’d like it to get fixed but lets be real at the rate this game is going it’s laughable to think that way. Now to what I am trying to accomplish is putting this to their attention until I see an official post saying it will be worked on. The posts regarding this issue were posted by other players not by me found in the help/bug section of the forum where it should be. The moderator replied saying he will pass it on to developers. Clearly they are trying to either hide it or ignore it because a normal company would at least say sorry for the inconvenience it will be fixed. An even better company will say since you are inconcenienced we will do _________ for you for your troubles. I don’t think it’s too much to ask. Trust me at normal circumstances I would have ignored this but it’s been a long 4 years with this company and their lies I’m reaching a breaking point.

So why does your issue and the issues of a hand full of people take priority to the myriad of others that are much more pressing? Unless you're suggesting they need to individually address each and every issue that pops up in the help feed. Whcih tbh seems unrealistic.

You are pretty dense. Maybe Bungie paying you? All they had to do was make an official announcement saying this is a known issue and they don't have a fix for it this rally. Not rocket science and one of the many reasons Bungie gets hated on so much. Instead, the first day BungHelp5 said they see the issue and it would be passed on to the devs. Last communication on the issue period. If you can't fix it, at least acknowledge the problem and let people know where they stand. Stay mute and don't acknowledge it? Shows they absolutely do not care about their players or the game really ...

So you're asking them to make an official statement on every complaint they receive? And how do you know that when they say they've heard "our feedback" the issues OP has mentioned aren't included,?

When there is an actual problem that affects players in an event, definitely. Any dev worth their salt addresses issues with the community in a timely fashion. In my brief return to Bungieland, it really made me realize how much WG cares about their players for World of Tanks. They address issues and at least gives the players some idea what is going on as soon as actual problems arise. Totally different type of game, but at least they care enough to keep players affected by problems in the loop as to if the problem can be fixed. If not, they take action and may even give something out for compensation. Nobody here was asking Bungie for compensation. They simply wanted to know if they were stuck or not. Bungie completely ignored them...

Well that's not true at all. Devs like DE, blizzard, and 343 don't individually address each issue that players have. They usually give overarching comments, like " we hear your concerns and are looking into having them fixed"

Is it really that complicated to make sure this isnt swept under the rug by recieving a message saying we hear you we will fix it. Why do you think it’s unrealistic for me to ask for them to type one sentence or is your mission to be an asshole to me. All normal human beings would apologize if they inconvenience someone else. Are you telling me it’s above a billion dollar company to say sorry or say we will fix our mistake. Edit: Yes if you look at other bugs and issues in other games within a day or sonsomeone in the company will list issues players mentioned and say if it will be fixed or not. Again not that hard if you have the staff and the money which they have.

BungHelp5 said they saw it and would pass it on to the devs. No assumption here. This was on Day 1 of the Rally. So if you think it is ok to just ignore actual game problems, more power to you... Most customers have higher expectations and expect things to work. It is people like you that allow these games to come out at such a sub par level...

I disagree when they posted the list of brought up complaints and they wil be working on it a few weeks ago it suppressed a lot of the complants. Sure there are still complaints but it has been less than before that TWAB post.
