I love high impact scouts in D1 and D2.
Never had jade rabbit because Xbox.
I use frontier justice a lot.
And that also it high impact + zen moment.
Lets hope bungie doesnt make it exclusive again.

High impact scouts in D1 were my thing but their time to kill in D2 ruins it for me. I could three tap people in crucible with my Jade Rabbit, Badger or Hand of Judgement. Now it takes four shots. The mida can kill in four shots. I just don't understand why these weapons that are supposed to be powerful take the same amount of bullets to kill as the Meta Multi Tool.

Mida takes 5 bullets to kill though in D2. High impact scouts and mida both have a 1.20 time to kill. The veist scouts have a 1.17 time to kill though. My favorite scouts so far....contingency plan veist scout...and the frontier justice hakke scout.
