Hello,
That is a Xbox One system error code not a Destiny error code. You should contact Xbox support.
If you are using a disc make sure it's clean and not damaged.
You can try Uninstalling Destiny 2, then Clear your Cache, then Reinstall Destiny 2 and see if that helps.

when this happens, just restart your Xbox and wait like 15 to 20 minutes. it should start just fine after a little bit! this is happened to me twice... it's really tedious!

reinstalling the game. I'll pester xbox support if it happens again post reinstall.
