Please make sure you have all content installed. To check for your content, go to Games & Apps, then move the cursor to Destiny 2. Press the Start button (the one with the three lines) and choose Manage Game. Check if under Installed the "Destiny 2 - Premium Digital Content Pack" is installed. If not, it should be found under Ready to Install. If it's there, please install it, then restart the game (if necessary, restart the console as well). If you haven't found your content after this, please let me know.
