Hello guardian,
I just read your previous post, and as per their [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/11929]policy[/url] Bungie does not discuss individual restrictions/bans with the players who receive them. I understand that you're frustrated and want answers, but that's just the policy.

That is the equivalent to saying when you get a ticket just pay it, because you were definitely wrong and nothing you can say will fix it. What a half ass attempt to call "Managing your game". Why not prove the data of him being in the wrong and calling it a day?

if its unfair ban then action needs to be taken, as they can investigate first and if proven unfair they can then solve it, if foul play then they can just say we cant help. But bungie refuses to help anyone. Sigh people on there high horse i got all facts crap. -_-
