I mean, he serves his purpose. I've found tonnes of bands that had great instrumentation and writing but the vocalist just kind of ruined it by being weak af or not sounding right for the genre (it's a problem Slam bands have a lot in my experience.) This guy is decent and fits their style. He drops some pretty nasty gutturals towards the end of the album as well.
