They're human so yes, they can cry. They don't produce tears though. I think it would be pretty cool if instead the light of their eye lenses flickered to show that they're crying.

Okay wait, if they were crying, would they make any typical crying noises? They don’t breathe? I suspect anyway, but our Ghosts sigh sometimes.

Sighing is a mostly voluntary reflex, so they can do it. Human involuntary reflexes probably not so much. I doubt an exo can sneeze for example.

I was hoping it would take longer than half an hour to think of another question 😑 I was hoping it would be a day or two at least. But anyway, taste and smell? Is their sense of taste as sensitive as a human? Is their sense of smell as receptacle as a human? I guess I’m mostly wondering how close of a comparison various senses would be to a human.

Their senses are most likely comparable to an organic human. With one important difference. A regular human's senses begin to deteriorate with age. Exos don't have that issue.
