Nevermind, this is the next day, and it's strict again. Did the same thing again, still strict. Don't know why it worked last night, but it was only temporary. I'm sick of this.

I found another source with the same command line instructions, however, difference is one additional line: "saveall". I'm assuming you didn't run that one, so maybe the changes didn't persist... ([url=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YFwr1oOQkIQ]source[/url])
