Haven't tried this myself, but maybe talking to the Cryptarch or perhaps Tyra Karn at the Farm might get it to work?

Tried that. This works for MIDA quest line but not for Sturm, maybe a bug... When I got mida mini from my hunter the blue quest appeared at banshee just like it would if I did the whole questline to get there normally. But with sturm's questline that doesn't seem to work...
