Hello,
Did you complete all your Milestones for the week and today's daily Milestone?

I just checked suttungur's link, and everything is checked except Meditations, which I have never done before. I talked to Ikora and there are three meditations but I've never seen them on my milestones list.

The 3 story missions are not part of the Milestones, they are side missions and won't appear in the Milestone list.

No. Once a milestone is completed (& turned in, if necessary), it is removed from the in-game screen menu.

Unfortunately they are turned in when you pick up your rewards, so it is possible to have no Milestones. See if you get the daily Milestone tomorrow after tonight's reset, if you don't try changing your mapped keys to defaults and deleting your existing CVARS.xml file. This file can be found in: \Users\USER_NAME\Appdata\Roaming\Bungie\DestinyPC\prefs\ Note: that when relaunched, the Destiny 2 application will generate a fresh CVARS.xml file.
