This change is actually for the better.
There is a sector in EDZ where you can run past everyone Kill boss open chest run back to entrance and repeat. Takes about 1 minute to 1:10 seconds.
Which is similar to the Farming methods on IO where you just sit back, shoot Stashes, leave cave and reenter cave and repeat.
Also, much faster with two others.

I bet the titan one is still good too since it's just a big room, the boss is always right in the middle. Just loot the chest and die and repeat

Have to die in a certain point so you respawn out of the LS. That way when you go back down the stairs, the LS resets.
