Sturm Symbiosis weapon skin
Early in the game I received the skin for the Sturm and put it on the gun.
Now it is not on the gun, and the ornament* is no where to be found.
I saw a few similar topics on this, but no definitive answer, the most recent from October 5th. Any word on if it's going to be fixed ?
[could have happened when I transferred the Sturm to a character that didn't have the quest completed yet]

Yeah, not knowing that you can actually "unlock" them from the inventory screen, I put the Sturm ornament directly onto mine. Later, I obtained a better Sturm and salvaged the first only to find out that I can't put the ornament onto the new one nor can I get a new ornament from the Eververse vendor.

I have a similar issue with the same thing I got the ornament yesterday, it's still [i]on[/i] the gun and can still be applied to new instances of Sturm, but it doesn't have the "already added to collection" marker that everything else in the ornament list I have does

1 ReplyIts a visual bug. Same as with Sweet Business. It will say you have it when you don't. They are aware and if you don't have it, you probably never did.

If the ornament is gone but still on one of the character's guns, then its sort of hidden but you still have it. You can put it on other Sturms still for free by hovering to the shaders/ornament block on the gun screen.
